Routine Maintenance

To ensure your safety we perform the following routine tasks every day:

At 01.00 we run a back up of all our systems and web site files.

At 02.00 we run our Anti-Virus software using McAfee Internet security.

At 03.00 we run Logiguard Anti Spyware software to ensure there is no Spyware or Adware.

At 04.00 we run Microsoft Anti Spyware software as a double check.

These procedures are run every single day.

Firewall

Our systems are protected by McAfee Internet Firewall to ensure no one can break into our computers.

Passwords

We never use "memorable" passwords. All passwords are at least eight characters and case sensitive consisting of upper and lower case and numeric digits. They are changed at least once a week.

Updates and security patches

We ensure that we always have the latest updates to any software we use as well as constantly uploading the latest security patches as and when available.
